Preventive Health Care, "natural stuff no one ever told you.”

Dr. Wade has decided to include her natural spin on dieting, along with hundreds of others. Dr. Wade loves to eat and says life is too short and eating is too enjoyable to count Picture taken by: Charisse M. Lindercalories or cut out things you enjoy.  She stands by “sixteen and counting” elements for preventive health care.  Many of the elements you already know, it’s just a matter of becoming aware of them, incorporating them into your daily habits, in addition to a little moral encouragement. To learn the “sixteen and counting” elements, come to a seminar and bring a friend.

According to the latest health statistics, 67% tipping and scales at an alarming rate of Americans are overweight.  What’s even more disturbing is children are tipping the scales more than ever. The “reality” is that obesity has become an epidemic in this country because Americans are over-indulging in everything!  Dr. Wade believes over-indulging is a sign that something is missing internally and the lack of “self-like”/”self-love” and “self-worth” is at the core of this epidemic.  In some cases, obesity is an external cry for help and love.  Understandably, not everyone was built to be a size six, nor would everyone want to be.  The real deal is that 67% of Americans are excluding four very important courses from their diets.

Dr. Wade wants adults to gain control and become the example children look up to. Children are developing an “I don’t care” attitude, and this attitude is affecting their confidence, self-esteem and self-worth, which show up in their daily behavior.  This behavioral attitude is a reflection of their “self-image.”  For the most part the responsibility of raising children lies on women and many women have a habit of procrastinating.  Don’t waste any more valuable time putting off tomorrow what you can do today.  Step-up to the challenge.  Be a leader, demonstrate that “self-esteem” is more important than “over-eating” and “less is healthier.”  This seminar will prove that preventive health care is the key to longevity and feeling good/looking good is the main entrée.

The seminar is comprehensive and a natural approach to uncovering the issues that need to be addressed in order to turn this epidemic around.  The seminar begins by laying out the causes and effects of being overweight and assists women step-by-step in regaining control of their weight and their lives.  When adults develop better eating and living habits, so will children.

Dr. Wade’s technique takes into account the whole woman; physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and social wellness. The seminar demonstrates hands-on methods of treatment from a naprapathic point of view on how to:

  • Increase blood circulation in order to assist the body heal itself.

  • Lymphatic drainage in order to eliminate toxic waste.

  • Times of day the body’s ready to receive food.

  • Proper food combining for better digestion.

  • Natural weight loss.

  • Natural herbal supplements for female hormonal complaints.

  • Internal and external hygiene.

  • Various cook ware to avoid.

  • Foods that lower cholesterol, high blood pressure and diabetes.

  • Foods high in calcium and B-complex.

  • Foods that aggravate arthritis and headaches.

  • Key to longevity.

Being healthy is an art and trying to keep up with the latest diets and supplements can be emotionally/mentally draining, expensive, leads to over-eating, weight gain and giving up.  To quote Dr. Wade’s favorite comedian, Chris Rock, who says:  “People invest in health insurance in case stuff happens.”  Dr. Wade believes you should invest in preventive health care to help prevent stuff from happening.

Dr. Wade brings “God First” to the table, and believes the natural laws that govern our universe also govern our bodies.  This obesity epidemic is a strong indication that 67% of Americans need to simply “LISTEN.”
