Dr. Wade continues to celebrate, encourage and empower all women
by launching the “Humanology Support Club (HSC).” The HSC
is a workshop facilitated by Dr.
Wade
called “KISS” (Keep it Simple, Saints). The workshop was created
with the following four concepts in mind:
-
AA meetings
-
Therapy sessions
-
Musical chairs
-
Good old-fashioned
fun
Dr. Wade’s mother inspired this workshop by always saying,
“Women make their lives difficult and complicated by fantasizing
and convincing themselves that they can change their partner
into ‘Prince Charming’ or “Who they think they should be.” More
importantly, women romanticize reality of who they are.
The “KISS” workshop is designed for women to learn how to
simplify their lives in order to become comfortable,
self-confident and happy being “ who they are” with or without a
partner. The ability to love yourself and others, for who they
are, makes you a 100% whole woman. This is the toughest
challenge, aside from having and raising children. After
accomplishing “self-love”/”self-worth,” if you want to know the
next challenge, come to a workshop and bring a friend.
The journey and experience of uncovering and discovering the
“real you” may be a little uncomfortable at times. However,
gaining a sense of “self-worth” will be worth a moment of
discomfort. One thing for sure, you’ll have good old-fashioned
fun uncovering and discovering the real you.
The “KISS” workshop is a rare opportunity for women to heal
physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually and socially in a
safe, confidential, supportive, non-judgmental and relaxing
environment. The workshop is a chance to learn the art of
listening, an opportunity to be heard, understood, empowered,
creative and challenged, while learning essential skills in
order to develop loving, fulfilling and successful
relationships.
The HSC meets on Fridays, for a delicious old-fashioned fish fry
and lasts two hours. Come experience a unique, revolutionizing,
exciting, fun, educational and challenging way to enjoy learning
how to be the best “you” you can be, by learning to love
yourself and others unconditionally.
